Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer Scott Wunsch understands more than most the challenges that come with transporting lifesaving organs for transplant. He started with Trinity Medical Solutions in 2018 after 13 years at LifeCenter Northwest, the largest geographic OPO in the country, which serves Alaska, Washington, northern Idaho and Montana. At LifeCenter, Scott served as vice president of clinical operations, managing overall operations and logistics. His experience is an asset to the team at Trinity, which works closely with OPOs and transplant centers across the country to provide the best logistics and transportation solutions to maximize the gift of life.

Robin Thompson

Chief Administrative Officer

Chief Administrative Officer Robin Thompson is honored to support the commitment of surgical teams, coordinators, generous donors, recipients, and families as they navigate the gift of life and the transplantation process. Robin joined Trinity in May 2022, bringing three decades of operational leadership experience in insurance, marketing, banking, and logistics. Robin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota with an emphasis in information management. She and her family reside in the Phoenix valley. When she’s not working, Robin enjoys travel, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Ted Becerra

Chief Financial Officer

20 years of experience as an accountant, controller and business owner to his role as chief financial officer of Trinity Medical Solutions. Ted was promoted to the position after first joining Trinity in 2016 as controller for the organization. He is an alumnus of Arizona State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as his MBA. Ted has been married for more than 25 years to his lovely wife, Karen, who is also an accountant. They have a son, Jordan, and two daughters, Marisa and Tina. When he’s not working, Ted enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the gym in the early morning hours to play pick-up basketball and work out.

Kieth Trepanier

Chief of Safety

Keith has spent over 35 years in the aviation and safety industry. He served 25 years on active duty in the Army and Coast Guard. He held roles as an aircraft maintainer, line pilot, fleet standardization instructor as well as leadership positions in the maintenance, operations, training, and safety fields. Most recently, Keith was the Aviation Safety Manager for the Mayo Clinic. Keith has over 4,500 flight hours with commercial, rotorcraft, instrument, and instructor ratings and a master’s degree in Aviation Safety.

Phil Nowak

Chief Strategy Officer

Phil Nowak is an accomplished supply chain and logistics executive with extensive international experience in air cargo, transportation, and global strategic sourcing. He has held senior roles at prominent companies such as GE Aviation, GE Power Conversion, and Volga-Dnepr Airlines, where he successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led global teams, and delivered substantial cost savings. Phil has provided expert consultancy in transportation network optimization, ERP implementations, and supply chain transformation for clients across various industries. His ability to manage complex projects, streamline processes, and negotiate high-value contracts has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the logistics space. With a background in economics and leadership training from GE Crotonville, Phil combines his deep industry expertise with a passion for innovation and strategic problem-solving.
